... yes somehow nearly all of those are British sue me
Their names if you don't recognize some (in order): Harry Styles, dodie, Mika, Louis Tomlinson, Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Rachel Zegler, Hozier. I also listen to Maisie Peters, Abba, Bastille, Lewis Capaldi, Queen, One Direction, Niall Horan, and a lot more!
Let's talk...
• TV Shows: Carmilla, Heartstopper, Sherlock, Castle, Brooklyn 99, Lucifer, The Good Place, Orphan Black, Private Practice, Psych, Person of Interest, Fringe;
• Dream destinations: Iceland, Cambodia, Peru, Norway (+ going back to Australia, the US and the UK);
• Languages: I loooove languages, have tried to learn many. I've (somewhat) mastered French and English, and can get around with my Spanish. I've tried learning ASL (still have the basics down and would love to keep learning), Esperanto (why? I was bored), and Italian (but kept mixing it with Spanish). Would love to learn Gaelic.
• Food: yes, always, please. Especially Asian food, any Asian food;
• Musicals: musical theater isn't huge in France so I'm very behind but I've listened to and loved Hamilton, Waitress, Heathers, Dear Evan Hansen, Six and Mamma Mia. Please recommend me your fav musicals I need to listen to. If you want French musicals recommendations, my favourite is Mozart l'Opéra Rock, but I can offer more suggestions, just ask!
• Sports? I don't really practice any (meaning I try to go climbing when I can but it's not often) but I do love watching them, especially rugby, gymnastics, rock climbing, biathlon, and honestly anything that's on during the Olympics (except football/soccer);

You are loved. You are valid. You matter.
Please keep fighting you beautiful, strong, amazing human.
A random list of things that make me happy, in no particular order:• Rain. The sound of rain falling onto the roof of your house when it's winter and you can just wrap yourself in a blanket and listen to quiet music. The smell of a rainstorm after a hot summer day. The feeling or tiny rain droplets on your face when it hasn't rained in a long time;• "I'm well aware I write too many songs about you.". Yes it hurts. Yes it makes me happy. Thank you Harry for writing what is probably the best song I've ever heard (and indirectly helping me get my master degree). Stream Falling;• Live music. Getting to share a moment with strangers filled with passion and happiness. Huge concert arenas and random musicians in the streets. Connecting through music;• Passionate people. The look on their face when they talk about what they love. Please just keep rambling you beautiful human;• dodie's crowds. Just... one of my favourite places in the entire world. A room full of the most beatiful humans, proud and generous and passionate. The nicest, kindest strangers I've ever met;• Rachel Zegler's cover of Safe and Sound. Her voice is like a warm blanket and this cover is just 4 minutes of her telling you it'll all be okay in the kindest, softest way possible. Thank you Rachel for what has essentially become the soundtrack to way too many of my cry sessions. We will be alright;• Bread. Bread is just the best food. You can trust me I'm French. Bread;• The song Pierre by Ryn Weaver. I don't know what it is about this song but it just makes me inexplicably happy and like I'm a cottagecore Irish woman dancing in the fields besides her house.• My tiny crocheted bee I got ""for free"" with the honey I bought that one time. The honey was lemon-flavoured and disgusting and I gave it away to a friend.. Still don't regret that purchase. Ask me for a picture of Lockie is you wanna see tiny bee;• Coconut-scented hair product. Somehow the smell of coconut makes any hair product 147 times better. Not sure how the science works;• Making Spotify playlists. I have way too many, I love giving them the weirdest names, but I love having playlists for many different vibes and circumstances and people. I just love music so much.• Seeing my friend E notice a dog and then watching her entire face light up and her just staring at the dog for a while with a big smile on her face. It's always the exact same reaction that goes from surprise to fondness in a split second and it's adorable. Even better if said dog is getting closer and she gets to pet it;• Pastel highlighters. They're just cute and make me actually want to sit at my desk and work. No I'm not in school anymore. Yes I still use them;• Airports. So many stories, so much happiness. I love looking at people in airports, and seeing so many happy teenagers going on trips, cheerful kids staring at the planes outside the windows, teary reunions at the gates... It's such a weird atmosphere but I love it so much;• Pride;• The wallpapers my friend J made for me. She made the first one following a few requests I made but made the second one for my birthday with virtually no help from me, and I love it so much. Not only because it looks beautiful and she really has an eye for colours and aesthetics, but like... it's a physical(ish) proof of the fact that she listens to me talk and ramble about the things I like and the struggles I face and she's been able to mash everything up together into a single picture that summarises me and our friendship and what we both talk about and enjoy. It makes me feel seen and listened to and it's the best feeling. J, if you ever read this: it means a lot to me and thank you and I cannot wait to attend shows with you and take you to NYC and talk about music and life. Please never stop being you;• Fanfiction and fanfiction authors. I'm sorry I suck at commenting and telling you about how much your words and stories mean to me. Please keep writing even if you think no one is reading. I promise you, your story is worth telling;• Kittens. They're just cute tiny fluffballs and I need 12 of them;• Literally anything Alice Osemand has ever done and will ever do. But especially Heartstopper (the comics and the tv show). Nick and Charlie are my babies and I love them with all my heart.• The Olympics. If you think the Olympics become my entire personality every two year then you're absolutely right. But look, watching people win medals and happy cry makes me happy. Every year there are the cutest stories of athletes who went through it all and ended up with a medal. I love it. I'll watch any sport. Except football. I draw the line at football. But gymnastics! Sport climbing! Fencing! Diving! It's all so fun;• Cookie dough. I mean cookies are great, don't get me wrong. But statistically, when I make cookie dough, it ends up in my stomach without being baked more often than not. Dm me for my cookie recipe if you want;• Puzzles. Yes I'm 25. Yes I love puzzles. Deal with it;• Women. To the women in my life who encouraged me to be unapologetically myself, who taught me the importance of speaking up, and who supported me when I needed help: thank you. Girl love is so important, and I cherish it so much.• You, probably, if you've made it this far.Let me know what random thing makes you happy.To be continued...
